Vivien Hoyt, our founder, has worked with the senior population for the past 20 years as a Recreation Therapist bringing joy and wellness to senior's lives. She does this by incorporating exercise, music therapy, meditation, pet therapy and leisure activities.
Through her experience she has learned that recreation and leisure activities need to be fun in order for people to thrive. Due to the popularity of her exercise classes, she filmed exercise videos outdoors in sunny California with great music and a little dog in the background. The videos inspire you to move and thrive.
