Wellness Through the Ages is an exercise program that's safe for active seniors and people with disabilities. This program is a completely balanced workout that is specific to seniors. The program incorporates Hatha Yoga, gentle weight training, cardio vascular exercises, abdominal/trunk strengthening, balancing, stretching, deep breathing and relaxation. Gentle stretching allows increased flexibility, improved balance and deep relaxation. It will leave your body feeling strong, flexible and relaxed. Music connects us to the soul, so students are exposed to various types of beautiful classical music throughout the class. It is all filmed outdoors in the sunny foothills of California's Sonoma wine country. You will also see her adorable dog Mollie.  Due to the popularity of this unique exercise program, Vivien has made a video for seniors so they can exercise in the comfort of their homes or with groups at senior centers. She has also made a specialized video for people who prefer to exercise in chairs.  In addition, this program is supported by University of California Berkeley Wellness so included in your video are wellness tips from UC Berkeley Wellness Letter.
